  2. Allow us to set our own labels and what type it should be eg.

    Label: Creditcard number
    Type: Number

    or

    Label: Valid Thru
    Type: Date

This would make it make much better to use for all kind of things. Because for now it's very limited. It's only good for logins or so.

    Thank you.

Have a look at OneKey for iOS to see what I mean.

  3. I would like to be able to self-host the pwsafe database on my network and have pwsafe access it over ssh, rather than have it in a place that I don't have control over. That way I would need neither dropbox nor iCloud to store my password database.

I would use this functionality with an RSA key rather than password authentication for this purpose.

  5. In 2.4.2 on Mac

When creating a new group by clicking the +Group button, the field to create the group is out of the focus. The user has to scroll up and down to find where the group was added.

The focus should be moved to where the field is created in the list.

  6. Please provide option to disable the iCloud safe lookup at startup (it takes time to even recognize that the option was disabled by user in setting..Because of that, It takes forever to be able to enter our drobox's safe pass making the Dropbox-only users' experience disapointing. Thanks

The iCloud startup process happens in background, it does not block any non-iCloud functionality. While iCloud is starting up, you can open and use your Dropbox safe. You can even sync it to the Dropbox servers.

  7. Please consider implementing Yandex.Disk support. It is convenient file sharing & synchronization service http://disk.yandex.com/download/
Yandex team has recently published API for various mobile platforms, including iOS https://github.com/yandex-disk/yandex-disk-sdk-objc , so implementing it's support shouldn't be diffilcult IMHO.

  8. I'm setting up and reviewing a lot of entries - making sure I've got URLs or contact numbers in the Notes field as appropriate.
It would be very helpful to be able to navigate to the next entries by pressing next/next/next without having to go out of each entry and then into the next one, which is rather tedious.

  10. A creation date would be useful historically to know when your access to a new site or account began. A last modified date would help determine how long a password has been in effect or when notes were added or at least that some sort of change was made.

  14. I use a lot the search function, because I have a lot of passwords...
Why not add a TOP 10 (or X) most used passwords at the top ?
Or a flag option to tag favorite passwords ?
    Thank you.

  16. When I open my safe I like the window to be tall so I can oversee all contents. However, when I close the safe (or the entire app) and then reopen it, I have to move and reshape the window again. Please make it remember how I want to position the windows!

  17. I only have one PasswordSafe file. Please allow me to be able to pre-select that file to automatically be opened when I start the app. Don't make me select it every single time.

The correct tab will be remembered when you restart the app on the next version. The safes themselves can be remembered by following these instructions:

    1) Issue the following command on the terminal
defaults write com.app77.pwsafemac NSQuitAlwaysKeepsWindows -int 1

    2) Open all the safes you want

    3) When quitting the app, instead of closing its windows or pressing CMD+W, simply press CMD+Q or choose pwSafe→Quit pwSafe menus.

  20. TXT and CSV files have limitations that can make import/export difficult. It would be great if the Mac OS X version of pwSafe allowed records to imported and exported via JSON. This would dramatically improve the usefulness of pwSafe. Thanks :)
