Minor enhancement
I search for a password entry, but it doesn't exist. I decide to create it, so I click the "+ Entry" button, but nothing seems to happen.
What has actually happened is that a new entry has been created, but since the new entry doesn't match my search criteria and I'm still looking at the entries filtered by my search term, I can't see it.
What should happen is that the search terms should be cleared when I click "+ Entry" (probably when I click "+ Group" too, but I didn't try that), and I should immediately go to filling…

Using Command+C binding after clicking New password is copying the old password
- Focus on entry in left
- Click "New" button next to password field
- Use Command+C (with focus still on left bar)

Add a creation date and/or last modified date to each entry
A creation date would be useful historically to know when your access to a new site or account began. A last modified date would help determine how long a password has been in effect or when notes were added or at least that some sort of change was made.

Adding new Entries when search filter is active
When Search filter is active and I press Cmd+E to add an entry, new entry is created somewhere in the background and I see nothing, keeping pressing Cmd+E and creating new entries. It would make sense to either show the new entry even if it doesn't match the filter, or clear the filter, so that I could see new Entry.

BUG: Password entry (and other text entry boxes) cut off underscores (OS 10.8.3)
It looks like the text entry boxes are too short, or the text is aligned bottom instead of center or top. It's a very, very minor thing. Great app overall.

Allow the clipboard clearing timeout to be configurable
I prefer not to clear the clipboard at all. I understand why this was added but let me choose to opt-out. This could be presented as a general time out feature for different intervals, including no clearing at all.

Stop crash on iPad version during policy change
My iPad app repeatedly crashes after turning on then off the "use custom symbols" option in password policy for an entry. No symbols need to be entered for this crash to occur.

To me the beauty of your app is it's simplicity. There are numerous more complicated apps that can be purchase.
