An manual button to sync with iCloud inside the app will be good
I saw many app that supports iCloud has an button inside the app for iCloud manual sync. Just like the buttons in contacts in iPhone in the top left while using iCloud contacts in iPhone. It will help in easy sync..
Since safes are really small files (typically well bellow 100K), pwSafe automatically syncs them to your device when they become available on iCloud (i.e. when they changed in other devices). Because of that, there is no need to manually start the download.

Try it by connecting both the device to WiFi and also check icloud options in settings whether document and data sync is turned on when using mobile network also..

I'm having problems with my iCloud safe as well. Both my iPad and iPhone are the same iTunes account, and clearly they both see the safe, but they don't always see the same safe. I add a password on one device and hours later it's still not present on the other device?
Perhaps a manual button would be helpful along with a "last updated on XYZ" message on iCloud-based safes?

Something still isn't right though. Sometimes an added password "disappears" on me. My iPad is always sitting in my wifi network and connected and I only have the one iCloud safe.
