Would prefer not to use Dropbox, iCloud or yours. Organisations I work for are using Office365. Onedrive would great and I would be prepared to pay for it and move to pwSafe2.

pwSafe Cloud is not iCloud, it's a couple of optional services provided independently of Apple's iCloud and which do not perform syncing:
https://app77.com/pwSafe/CloudMemory.html
https://app77.com/pwSafe/CloudBackups.htmlAlthough we think they add great value to pwSafe, you don't *need* them to have a fully-functional password manager.
Also, please note that we are not able to inspect your passwords if you decide to use our services (read the links above for more details on that).
Regards.

Why would I need to pay $10.99 for a year when iCloud is offering me $2.99 200 GB. I don't want to share my passwords on your cloud for security reasons!
